To generate demand for CaratLane stores within the region.
Key
Responsibilities

Managing
online visibility to build awareness for stores in catchment

Generate
footfalls for retail stores of CaratLane to achieve revenue targets

Drive
Customer conversion at stores

Lead
management and conversion

Demand
generation and conversion at pin codes in store catchments

Manage
store pages on the website and on Google

Plan
on ground activities like Store launches, BTL as and when needed

Work
with business team to identify new store opportunities within cities
Whom
are we looking for?
We
are looking for an enthusiastic person to be part of our Demand
Generation team. This person will work with the Revenue teams and
identify gaps in the demand for the brand at a city and store level.
She will enjoy the advantage of working on new omni marketing
strategies, across channels (online & Offline) which will be a
great learning experience.
A
problem solver, who will need to marry data analysis with
observations at the store or city level to form strategies.
Work
closely with the digital marketing and brand teams to determine
impact of activities and campaigns.
Anyone
who is passionate about data, technology, business and human behavior
will enjoy this role. Should be comfortable with complexity, enjoys
working in teams and never shies away from a challenge. High level of
curiosity is a must as well. Should be comfortable with excel.
We
are looking for freshers or people with less than 4 years of work
experience preferably in the digital space. Willing to traveling to
all stores in their region. Should be comfortable spending time
talking to customers and gathering insights in stores.
