ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The
key role would be to build the community for CaratLane on Social
Media and drive desire for the brand.
Manage the marketing calendar and create engaging content for
CaratLane’s marketing initiatives for all social media channels.
Manage and monitor key campaigns on Social Media for the CaratLane
handle.
Ensure delivery of key metrics like reach, sessions, engagement,
mentions & saves on Social media.
Stay updated with the latest social trends and experiment to drive
key metrics for CaratLane.
Use Social Media to drive key brand goals, building perception,
improving awareness and building key associations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
If
you are spend most of your time on Instagram and love to be a digital
social butterfly there is a great chance that you are our person.
In
addition to that, here is a bucket list of all the skill sets and
traits that we think you should possess:
2 years’ experience in handling social media for a brand – from
basic posting to driving promotions.
A love for jewellery, fashion and style.
An eye for good design and a love of writing.
An excellent communicator – both visually and in texts.
Can juggle multiple assignments and work with cross-functional
teams.
Basic knowledge of videography, photography, and graphic design.
Creative and out of the box thinker. (We need to give you an
assignment to be able to evaluate you on this one!)
