Responsibilities :
● Plan, develop, implement and optimise campaigns/strategies across paid social media channels with major focus on video platforms like OTT, YouTube and Connected Television.
● Effectively execute Acquisition and re-marketing campaigns.
● Tracking, analysis, and subsequent optimization of acquisition & remarketing campaigns/initiatives on a daily basis.
● Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
● Perform competitive analysis of other companies within the industry and draw and implement inferences from the data.
Requirements :
- Experience(2-5 years) of running paid campaigns across on YouTube, OTT platforms and Connected Television
- Experience of running paid campaigns for International markets would be an advantage
- Analytical thinking and understanding ability is a must.
- A highly data-driven professional, with good knowledge of presentation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- High level of proficiency in Google and Facebook campaigns at the very least
- Should be comfortable with Mixpanel, GA4, omniture and various other analytical tools
- An initiator with creative thinking,
- Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams,
- Humble, positive attitude and willing to learn.
