Warehouse)
The
Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in
Business Analyst roles, and handle roles for various Logistic
applications.
Technical
And Process Skills
Expertise
in Logistics/ Warehouse Management/ Transport Management systems and
driving internal teams for the requirements.
Understanding
internal employee As-Is Process and listing Pain points w.r.t
technical, functional, and operational domains.
Understanding
FC & Logistics' current KPIs and impact of To-Be solution on
existing KPIs.
Interpret
data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide
ongoing reports.
Prepare
Solution design doc, Functional Specifications, Test cases, and
Training documents.
Expertise
to model the user interface and report generation for business
users.
Analyze
requirements and suggest configurations/ customization required for
the product.
Understand
well and work with management to prioritize business and information
needs
Should
have high-level excel knowledge.
Behavioral
Skills
Collaborate
with other team members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder
management and team management experience are a must.
Should
handle the teams virtually at multiple locations.
