Lead – Retail Omni Merchandiser

Planning product ranges and managing budgets to help predict sales and make smarter decisions in the future.
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and company's objectives
Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
Support Business Revenue- Deliver revenue and business conversion as per the AOP plan
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions etc.
Reduce ageing and non moving inventory
Remain up to date with industry's best practices
Overall skill development of the team across India (all Channels)
Own revenue and retail metrics (ASP, ticket size and conversion)
Manage/conduct consumer and competitor research on a regular basis to come up with merchandise insights, trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Plan the merchandising calendar. Help the design and production team prioritize design and development efforts. Make sure that the merchandising calendar is on track.
Buying: Managing the first selection, order, negotiation and vendor management
Site Merchandising & Visual Merchandising: Co-own these responsibilities to ensure that the right designs are being showcased, and that they are properly displayed.
