Job Responsibilities :
- Provides direction and Leads the pre-sales team
- Delivering best-in-class customer experience.
- Ensuring Service KPI and SLA are met
- Maintain analysis and derive insights from data
- Periodically evaluating team performance
- Hire, train, develop, and retain employees.
- Handling difficult or irate customers
- Communicate with the customer via calls/email and address and resolve all queries.
- Retaining the existing and new customers
- Coordinate with inter-departmental personnel.
- Workflow management
Skills required :
- Communication – Mandatory – Good spoken English, Hindi, and any other regional language in addition to this
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good English writing skills
- High customer service orientation.
