Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Manager to join our dynamic team at CaratLane. As a Content Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering captivating content experiences across multiple touchpoints, including our website, app, owned media channels, and retail stores. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and keen attention to detail will drive engagement, enhance brand loyalty, and ultimately contribute to the success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Develop and execute the marketing pitch for key brand campaigns and new collection launches.
Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across owned media channels, including emails, WhatsApp, SMS, Website and app banners, notifications, and retail communication.
Oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of compelling content on the brand’s website and app.
Ensure strategic communication and right nudges are being sent to customers in every part of the funnel.
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Develop in-store content strategies and collateral to build a memorable in-store experience and drive sales.
Collaborate with retail teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all physical touchpoints.
Monitor content performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in strategic communications and copywriting, preferably in the digital marketing/advertising space .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Prior experience in leading small teams.
Proficiency in crafting content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure content performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Passion for jewellery and luxury fashion, with a deep understanding of consumer trends is preferable.
