Scope of the Role:
Have a thorough understanding of category & inventory management. Thorough understanding of the concept of “GMROI” and its implication for business.
Understand consumer behavior, and drive pricing, SCM and inventory as 3 core levers to maximize revenue for the global business.
Interact and coordinate with marketing, design, finance, and CL domestic business.
Build fulfillment and inventory replenishment strategy across cross border centers within planned budget.
Reportees: 2 (Category Management) + 6 (Supply Chain)
Key Deliverables:
Drive revenue while maintaining business margins and inventory turn.
Ensure product delivery adherence, and a robust supply chain globally
Product pricing and inventory management to maximize conversions in an omni channel business.
