Job responsibilities :
Responsible for arranging system inductions/Refresher training, where
and when required.
Keeping a long view on various transactional effectiveness features and
controlling.
Testing and sharing inputs in software.
Better understanding with Accounts and helping in transactional issues.
Omni role player and best team manager.
Co-ordination with Tech/ERP and product team.
Analysis for training effectiveness through continuous feedback from
regional trainers/RM’s and other stakeholders
Ensuring training runs in sync with the business requirements.
Supporting the business by identifying and implementing programs to
help concern stores or addressing specific areas of improvement.
Ensuring timely delivery of system development aspect across the retail
team, with the consistent coverage of new and concern stores.
Managing with OCG audits and making the awareness among all staff.
Ensuring SOP, compliance adherence across all the channels.
Improving actionable in the OCG audit scores through discussions with
relevant stakeholders.
Driving various developments in system to show continuous learning
and process improvement in retail stores.
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and
Instructional design
Support in creating job ideas, TNA documents and frameworks.
Candidate requirement :
3 – 6 years of hands-on experience in system handling, training and
development.
High level of energy and passion for their job.
Ability to multi-task and get results.
Ability to be flexible and work in a very fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in retail industry is an added advantage
