Collaborate with the Art Director and the creative team to develop creative
concepts and execute designs across various mediums, including print, digital,
and social media.
Plan and manage photoshoots, including selecting photographers, models, and
locations, and overseeing all aspects of the shoot.
Work with data to drive creative decisions and ensure that design solutions are
effective and impactful.
Create and edit design assets using software such as Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, and Camera Raw.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and
guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
Manage the assigned catalogue work for the CaratLane website.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a premier design
school.
2 to 5 years of experience in the design industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Camera
Raw.
Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Good aesthetic sense and an eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
